Flotsam and Jetsam

Although J.R.R. Tolkien was british and, according to this, the landscapes and people that he describes are a reflection of his world, I'm catalan and I cannot avoid that my illustrations resemble my country, my people and our customs. I paint what I see, what I know, what is familiar to me and adapt it to The Lord of the Rings.
